Good news: DI-RECT is coming to Rotterdam! On Saturday, June 14, 2025, they will give the biggest concert of their career in De Kuip. And their pop-up store with merchandise will be located in the Koopgoot.
You may have already read about the DI-RECT pop-up store in Rotterdam Centre, where you can buy limited edition physical 'collectors item' tickets from Thursday 20 June to Sunday 23 June. On June 20, they were even sold by the band members themselves! Exclusive merchandise is also available here, so be quick.
After major concerts by international superstars such as David Bowie, U2, The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan, it is the first time in five years that a large-scale concert will take place in De Kuip.
“As little boys we secretly dreamed of playing in a stadium one day. The fact that this is actually going to happen, in a place where history has been written with stadium shows by the Rolling Stones, U2 and Prince, is literally a dream come true. It will be our biggest show ever in every respect and we are very much looking forward to experiencing this adventure with our fans.” according to DI-RECT.
What makes the concert extra special is the fact that this concert is probably the last at this location. "We want to stop this tradition because of new construction around the stadium.” Says Lilian de Leeuw, director of Feijenoord Stadium.
