The largest indoor jazz festival in the world is coming to South Rotterdam for the seventeenth time. Of course I'm talking about NN North Sea Jazz 2024! NN North Sea Jazz 2024 will return to Rotterdam Ahoy on July 12, 13 and 14, 2024.
With more than 150 performances spread over 16 stages, legends and new talent from the jazz, soul, funk and hip-hop world are ready to bless us with their music every year. The line-up in 2023 was great with Stormzy, Typhoon, Gregory Porter, Lizzo and Tom Jones, among others.
Every year, North Sea Jazz offers space to emerging talent that deserves a stage with the Codarts Talent Stage. Here come the exceptionally musically gifted students of 'Hogeschool voor de Kunsten' Codarts who are eager to show their talent and thus blow the audience away with their music.
With more than 150 performances, there is a good chance that you will enjoy yourself. This year there are big names on the programme again, such as Sting, Joss Stone, Black Pumas, Anouk & Metropole Orkest, Brittany Howard and more.
Of course, it wouldn't be a festival without good food, drinks and nice shops with books, jewelry, clothing and art. On the various squares you will find plenty of tasty and fun things to keep you entertained between performances.
