When the spring is near, it also means that the holidays are coming! King's Day, Easter, Pentecost... Beautiful days to go out in the city! Below is an overview of the adjusted opening hours.
Friday, March 29 is Good Friday. On this day you can shop until the evening hours, just like on any other Friday. So it will be a regular shopping evening as we are used to.
King's Day in Rotterdam is extra special, because the shops here are open as usual! This means that you are welcome to go shopping just like any other day. Most shops will open their doors from 10am, but some even from 9am! So if you want to combine the fun of King's Day with a visit to your favourite stores, that is possible!
Following are the other holidays, which we list for you below including the dates. During these holidays, most shops will have the opening hours of a regular Sunday.
It is of course possible that the opening hours of your favourite shop differ slightly. We therefore always recommend checking the website of the shop you would like to visit.
