Attend the Oranjezomer broadcast
The great SBS6 programme De Oranjezomer, presented by Hélène Hendriks, is coming to Rotterdam. The location for this programme is one that all Rotterdammers know, namely The New Luxor Theater! With sporting events such as the Olympic Games in Paris and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, which starts in Rotterdam, the port city is of course the perfect location for De Oranjezomer.
The broadcasts take place every working day from July 15 to Friday August 16, and are free to attend.
The broadcasts of De Oranjezomer started on Monday, July 15 in the Maasfoyer of the Nieuwe Luxor Theater. The Olympic Games take place in Paris during De Oranjezomer After the last day of the Games on August 11, Hélène Hendriks dives straight into the next sporting event: the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. All information and events surrounding these sporting events are discussed in detail in the broadcasts.
It is the very first time that the Tour de France for women starts outside France, and Rotterdam is proud to host the Grand Départ of this unique sporting event. Of the eight stages of this Tour, the women professionals cycle three stages through the Netherlands, each of which also crosses the port city. That is why Rotterdam is completely dedicated to the cycling race and presents a sporty, cultural and festive programme.
After the great success of De Oranjezomer in 2023, the summer talk show with a mix of sports and current affairs will return to SBS6. Every week, presenter Hélène Hendriks has a new sidekick with whom she receives table guests. In addition, there is also a musical performance every night.
